The Self Seal Cooking bags is a bag made from very high temperature resistant film, which combines practicality with simplicity.
Your product is sealed in using a foldover flap and the bag becomes odour and leak-proof. It can then be handed to the customer to be cooked in the oven or microwave.
Flavoured glazes and sauces can be added to the product. The result is superb tasting, succulent food, cooked in its own juices and added jus.
